On-Site & Remote Support
We'll come to you, dial in, or do it better on the bench
On-site quoted per job
We do come to you — installs, deliveries, setups and call-outs across the Redlands. We'll also tell you when that's the expensive way to fix your problem, because quite often it is.
Why the Workshop Is Usually Better Value
An on-site technician charges by the hour and spends most of it watching a progress bar. The same job on our bench is a fixed rate, and one technician can have ten machines running tests at once — because that's what a real diagnosis mostly is, waiting. If a machine can come to us, it should.
What a Proper Diagnosis Actually Involves
This is why it takes time, and why it isn't something to do standing in someone's hallway:
- A full memory test, not a five-minute pass
- CPU and GPU load testing, and a stability run
- A full sector scan of every drive — not the quick test
- Whatever else the symptoms point at, run to completion
Remote Support
Most problems that aren't failed hardware or an internet fault can be sorted without anyone travelling. You download our Quick Support tool, we connect while you watch, and you're charged for the time. It's the fastest option for software, settings, email and the things that have simply stopped behaving.
When On-Site Is the Right Call
- Installs and deliveries — cameras, antennas, networks, new machines
- Anything physically fixed in place, or too awkward to move
- Network, cabling and internet faults, which have to be diagnosed where they live
- Business sites where the machine can't leave the building
Not sure if we can do it?
Ask anyway. We've said yes to stranger requests than yours.
