Most small businesses know AI is now a big deal and have no idea where to start — or they've tried a chatbot once, got a mediocre answer, and written the whole thing off. We're not selling you a subscription and wishing you luck. We use this stuff daily to run our own business, and what we've built for ourselves is the reason we're offering it to you.
We do this to ourselves first
Everything we'd set up for you, we run here. Our own systems talk to our accounting software, our workshop tools were built in-house rather than bought, and the site you're reading was rebuilt with AI doing the heavy lifting alongside us. We're not repeating something we read — we're telling you what actually worked and what turned out to be a waste of time.

Locally hosted AI, if your data can't leave
For some businesses the whole question stops at "where does my data go?" — client files, health records, legal work, anything commercially sensitive. We build and configure AI servers that run on your own hardware, in your own building, so nothing is sent to anyone else's cloud. It costs more up front than a monthly subscription and for the right business it's the only version that's allowed.
Or we just do it for you
Plenty of people don't want to learn this and shouldn't have to. That's fine — it's the same deal as everything else here. We'll set it up, run it, and you get on with your actual job. If you'd rather understand it yourself, we'll sit down and teach you instead.

The owner spent years doing business mentoring and technology audits — going through a business, working out what's costing it time and money, and saying so plainly. That's back, and it's considerably more useful now: the same audit, plus a realistic view of what can now be automated and what still needs a person.
