Diagnosis is paid upfront. It covers the technician's time working out what's wrong, whether or not you decide to go ahead with the repair.

Published, so you know before you walk in. All workshop jobs are subject to our standard terms, which you'll sign on the jobsheet at drop-off.
Quick support
From $39Front-counter work, advice, or remote support over the internet. $39 for ten minutes, $59 to twenty, $79 to thirty, then $149 an hour.
Priority service
+$79Moves your job to the front of the queue. Diagnosis usually completed same day, though we can't guarantee it.
Emergency service
+$149Work starts immediately and takes highest priority. Most jobs finished same or next day.
Windows reload
$149Drive formatted and Windows reinstalled with all drivers and essential software. $279 bundled with a full data backup.
Virus removal
From $79Manual removal with registry cleanup. If it returns within a week, the $79 credits towards a full reload.
Data backup & restore
$149Backed up to our secure server, checked, and restored to the right places on your repaired or new machine. Includes email setup.
Full service
$149Stripped down, every part cleaned individually, dust filters cleared, fresh thermal paste, worn cables replaced.
Light service
$79Dust cleared out and thermal paste replaced where needed, damaged cables swapped.
Password removal
From $79Forgotten Windows password cleared, usually within the hour. Microsoft account passwords are treated as a data extraction at $149.
Hardware installation
$39A part fitted, software installed and tested. Doesn't include diagnosis of existing hardware.
Delivery & installation
From $149Delivered and plugged in, up to an hour from base. Includes free removal of your old gear and packaging.
Jobs run first in, first out unless priority is paid. You'll be notified before we go beyond the diagnosis if additional parts or labour are needed.
Both stores, one workshop
Some of the specialist gear only exists once, and it lives at Victoria Point. That doesn't mean you have to. Book any of it in at Alexandra Hills, drop it off there and pick it up there — the job makes the trip between our stores, not you. We do the same for other repair shops who send us their board-level and recovery work.
