How it works

  1. 1Download and open itThere's nothing to install and no account to create. It runs, and that's it.
  2. 2Call your storeHave the window open in front of you when you call — we'll walk you through the rest.
  3. 3Read us the two codesThe app shows an ID and a one-time password. Read them out and we can see your screen.
  4. 4Close it when we're doneAccess ends the moment you close the window. We can't get back in without a fresh password from you.

You stay in control. You can see everything we do, and you can end the session at any time by closing the window. We only get access when you read us a password that changes every time.
