Photos into one PDF
Snap each page of a form with your phone, drop the lot in here, drag them into order and save. Each photo becomes a page sized to fit it, so nothing gets cropped or stretched.

Select the pages that are the wrong way up and hit until they're right. The turn is saved into the file, so it opens correctly for whoever you send it to.
What it can't do
PDF to Word, or Word to PDF. Neither is something a browser can do properly — rebuilding a document's layout needs a real office suite, and a half-working job scrambles it. Word can "Save as PDF" itself, and if you're stuck the other way, ask us.
Password-protected PDFs can't be opened here — take the password off in whatever you normally read PDFs with first. Scanned documents are pictures of text, so "get the text out" will come back empty on one; that needs proper OCR. All the free file tools
